Playing with Jewish Holidays

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:

The visit is divided into three parts: first children are shown the Museum where they will be acquainted with the main Jewish Holidays through the objects of the collection.

Then they will have the possibility of checking through a game what they have learnt during the first step: they will play a special Memory on the Jewish Holidays where they will have to recognize and link the images of the objects in the collection to the names of the corresponding holidays.
Finally, they will visit the Italian Synagogue.

• to understand what the most important parts of the Synagogue are, their meaning and use
